Who we are
AMAX Business Services is the trading name used by Stols Accountants (Pty) Ltd and its specialist service divisions. Questions about this notice or personal information may be sent to info@amaxsa.co.za.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, selected service and enquiry. We also retain the landing page and campaign parameters associated with an enquiry so that we can understand its source.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, route the request to an appropriate specialist, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse and understand the effectiveness of our services and marketing. We do not ask visitors to include sensitive documents in the website form.
Google analytics and advertising
With your consent, the website may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools may receive device, browser, page, campaign and interaction information. Consent Mode v2 communicates your choices using ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals. Advertising and analytics storage are denied by default until you accept optional cookies.
The site records successful enquiries only after the server confirms delivery. Telephone, email, assessment and contact-button interactions may also be measured as secondary or observational events. Google and its service providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.
Cookies and your choices
Essential storage supports security and form delivery. Optional analytics and advertising storage is controlled by the consent banner. You may change your selection at any time using the Cookie preferences button displayed on the website.
Sharing, retention and security
We share information only with AMAX personnel and service providers who need it to operate the website or respond to the enquiry, or where law requires disclosure. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and retain information only for legitimate operational, contractual and legal purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable South African law, you may request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint. Contact info@amaxsa.co.za. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
