Purpose
This page provides a practical route for requests made under the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000. A complete request must identify the record sought, the requester, the preferred form of access and the right the requester seeks to exercise or protect.
Submitting a request
Send requests and supporting information to info@amaxsa.co.za or deliver them to 262 Jack Hindon Street, Pretoria North, 0182. AMAX may request the prescribed form, identity verification and any fee permitted by law before processing a request.
Availability and refusal
Access is subject to the grounds, procedures and time periods in PAIA and other applicable law. Records may be unavailable, privileged, confidential, protected by third-party rights or otherwise lawfully withheld.
